We first met Tonu when she was the agent for the property we consequently bought. We narrowed our search for agents down to 4 based in a broadly local area and then added Homesearch to the list. Homesearch was the smallest but most helpful and dynamic. Tonu made herself available at short notice and with great enthusiasm and, unlike the other agents, made herself available at awkward times. She has a very "can do" attitude and is very reliable. We appreciated that she took the trouble to develop a relationship with client and tenant and is good at problem solving, bringing her broad spectrum of experience and skills to bear in her management service. We were initially concerned that Homesearch might be too small to cover all issues but this has proved not to be the case as Tonu has excellent management skills. Although Homesearch is not based immediately local to our property, they know our area as well, if not better, than more local agents and they have gone out of their way to solve a problem for us and our tenants, so their location has not proved to be an issue. They even managed to find services that the estate's management company could not help with.
