I have been a solopreneur and property wealth creation and management professional for over 20 years and have a well-established operation to source, buy, refurbish, let, manage and resell properties within London and the M25 for myself and other UK based and international clients.
With a background in Quantity Surveying, Property Valuation and Property Law, my clients can be sure that every care is taken to source the kind of properties that will maximise their ROI and help them in their journey to financial freedom. As part of my service I also ensure that properties comply with the extensive regulations required for lettings.
Once acquired we can also offer client’s a full management service and, if needed, an introduction to our rental list which is comprised of high-end executives, diplomats and international personnel re-locating to the UK.

Right to Rent Consultant
As an immigration consultant, I bring 12 years’ experience working as a front-line Arrest Officer in Immigration Enforcement, part of the Home Office that enforces UK immigration control.
During my time as an Immigration Officer I saw first-hand how rogue landlords work – often exploiting nationals from the countries they themselves come from. I have also seen the destruction to property that can be caused when a warrant to enter has been granted to immigration arrest teams enforcing the law on rental properties.
I am a landlord myself and know that keeping up with all the compliance can feel overwhelming – on top of that, there are the right to rent immigration checks required by law, fines for which have crept up and can be as much as £10,000 if served on a house of 4 tenants found without the right to rent in the UK.
Since leaving the Home Office I am now passionate about ‘compliance over enforcement action’ – and support private landlords and businesses to get their paperwork in order, avoiding any unnecessary upset or painful fines.
I am enjoying supporting Homesearch Properties. I get to do what I do best and ensure all tenant’s documents are thoroughly checked. Referencing my in-depth country-specific knowledge, I have been able to offer Homesearch Properties advice and guidance, especially through the recent Brexit transition period.
