This is a service under which we are retained as Relocation Agents to find a property for you to BUY or RENT.  The areas we cover are principally, Central and North-West London (Golders Green, Hendon, Finchley, Hampstead and St John's Wood) but we also, regularly take briefs for properties within the M25!

Our service is independent , exclusive and absolutely discrete . And because are experienced property professionals we are best placed to navigate the procedures involved thus eliminating potential disputes due to inappropriate documentation and processes. We also have local knowledge of different areas which, is particularly useful for clients moving to the country or from a different area. We are paid by you our client and so will always act in your best interests at all times.

The process will involve accessing every property on the market within your search criteria from which we source, preview and select a shortlist for you to inspect in order to identify the property that you like. Once this is done, we negotiate the lowest possible price along with other favourable terms such as fixtures and fittings and completion dates and qualify you with the agent emphasising your reliability and capability to minimise potential gazumping following which we liaise with all parties involved with the transaction (including solicitors) and see the property through to exchange and completion of contracts. Regular reports and updates are given at all stages of the process and in the event of the property being for investment purposes, we subsequently let and manage it on your behalf and provide advisory and ultimately disposal services throughout the life of the investment.
